1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Transfer Chile y Turismo, a private transfer and tourism company based in the Ñuñoa district of Santiago, Chile. For any question about your data, write to reservas@transfer-chile.cl.
2. What data we collect
This site does not store data on any server. When you use the quote tool or a form, the site builds a message with what you typed and opens it in your WhatsApp or email app; you decide whether to send it. The data is whatever you write: name, phone or email, date and time, flight, passengers, bags, address, child seat and comments.
3. What we use it for
Only to quote, arrange and provide the service you asked for. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, given when you tick the box in the form, and because it is needed to provide the service you book.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete it.
6. Third parties
Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, which may process data outside Chile. Online payments are processed by Webpay (Transbank). This site loads no third-party services.
7. Cookies
This site uses no cookies or tracking tools.
8. Your rights
Under Chilean Law 21.719 you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking of your data by writing to reservas@transfer-chile.cl. We reply within 30 calendar days. You can also complain to Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency.
