Snow day trip

We pick you up in Santiago in the morning, you spend the day in the snow and we bring you back in the afternoon. Price per person:

Winter road rules

The season usually runs from June to September, depending on snowfall. We take care of all of this.

  • Snow chains are compulsory for every vehicle: without them, the police turn you back.
  • Police checkpoint at Corral Quemado, at the start of the climb.
  • On weekends, public holidays and winter school holidays: uphill traffic from 8:00 to 13:00, downhill from 15:00 to 20:00.

Frequently asked questions

Do you go to Valle Nevado and Farellones?

Yes, in two ways. A private transfer per vehicle from the airport or your hotel to Farellones, El Colorado, Valle Nevado or Portillo, from 150,000 pesos; or the snow day trip per person: Farellones and El Colorado 25,000, Valle Nevado 30,000.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask for at least 3 hours' notice to assign a vehicle and a driver. In high season, winter holidays and long weekends it is best to book several days ahead. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability.

Do you have child car seats?

Yes. We have one child car seat per vehicle, to be requested when you book. Tell us the child's age in the form or in your WhatsApp message so we bring the right seat. If you are travelling with more than one child who needs a seat, let us know.
