Frequently asked questions
Is the transfer price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. For airport transfers you pay a single price for the sedan, SUV, van or minibus, depending on how many people are travelling: 1 to 2, 3 to 4, 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 passengers. Snow day trips, on the other hand, are charged per person.
How much is a transfer from Santiago airport to my hotel?
It depends on the district (comuna) and the number of passengers. For 1 or 2 people it costs 25,000 Chilean pesos to Santiago Centro, 30,000 to Providencia and 35,000 to Las Condes, where most hotels are. The table on this page lists all 48 areas we serve.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask for at least 3 hours' notice to assign a vehicle and a driver. In high season, winter holidays and long weekends it is best to book several days ahead. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash or by card at the time of service. If you prefer to pay before your trip, you can also pay online with Webpay, using a debit or credit card, through the «Pay with Webpay» button at the bottom of every page.
Do you have child car seats?
Yes. We have one child car seat per vehicle, to be requested when you book. Tell us the child's age in the form or in your WhatsApp message so we bring the right seat. If you are travelling with more than one child who needs a seat, let us know.
Do you operate at night?
Yes. We run transfers 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including flights that land or leave in the early hours. WhatsApp bookings are answered Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 23:00, Fridays until 22:00 and weekends 9:00 to 22:00.
Do you go to Valle Nevado and Farellones?
Yes, in two ways. A private transfer per vehicle from the airport or your hotel to Farellones, El Colorado, Valle Nevado or Portillo, from 150,000 pesos; or the snow day trip per person: Farellones and El Colorado 25,000, Valle Nevado 30,000.
